The Samuel Neaman Institute for Advanced Studies in Science and Technology is an independent public-policy research institute, established in 1978 to assist in the search for solutions to national problems in science and technology, education, economy and industry, and social development.
A nonpartisan, tax-exempt public policy research and education foundation. Its mission is to educate members and all South Carolinians about state and local public policy based on the traditional South Carolina values of individual liberty and responsibility, free enterprise and limited government.
