PTA Centers are a local resource available at no or nominal cost that can provide assistance to business firms in marketing products and services to the Federal, state and local governments .
LTAP is composed of a national network of centers - one in every state, Puerto Rico and regional centers serving tribal governments. The LTAP centers enable local counties, parishes, townships, cities and towns to improve their roads and bridges by supplying them with a variety of training programs, an information clearinghouse, new and existing technology updates, and personalized technical assistance.
The purpose of RTAP is to provide a coordinated program of training, technical assistance, research and other support services to improve the delivery of transit services in rural areas.
